Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and subsidiary regulations for the purposes and legal grounds specified below: Accordingly, your personal data such as “Name-Surname, E-mail Address, Telephone Number, IP Address, Log Records” collected from our web site “www.sarten.com.tr” is processed based on legitimate interest and performance of the legal obligations of the company and establishment and maintenance of a right and pursuant to the article 5/2-ç-e-f of the Law No. 6698 in order to perform the legal obligations referred to in the Law No. 5651, improvement of the services offered to you, ensure the security, discover fraudulent or unauthorized use, analyze the operational assessments, correct the defects regarding the Internet Site services, contact you, facilitate your internet use activities and other purposes we mentioned in our cookie policy.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

• Pursuant to the Article 7 of the Law, request deletion or destruction of personal data, and request notification of deletion or destruction operations to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred;
• Request compensation for your damages in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data by applying to SARTEN AMBALAJ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.

In the event of your application Sarten Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş. pursuant to the procedures regulated under the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of the Application to Data Controller, Sarten Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi shall conclude the requests included in the application on free of charge basis as soon as possible considering the nature of the request, and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, in case the operation necessitates a separate cost item, Sarten Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi shall be entitled to demand payment of the fee listed in the tariff designated by the Personal Data Protection Board.
